Podere Piagge is a secluded “Colonica” (typical Tuscan farmhouse), where time and constraints seem to disappear… And yet we are comfortably located 20 minutes from Italy’s main highway, making it easy to reach us whether you are coming from Rome or Venice. Reggello, the nearest town, is 3 km away, and you will reach Firenze, Siena and Arezzo in an hour or less.

Meet the Hosts
Hi there! We are Violeta and Emiliano (and Amelie and Matis!)
We met in Tuscany more than a decade ago, in those beautiful hills, so beautiful that we didn’t go back to our native capitals (Emiliano is from Rome and Violeta from Paris)!
We realized our biggest dream by buying this secluded “colonica” (typical Tuscan farmhouse), and are happy to share it with our guests.
Emiliano is a cook, and Violeta has a background in hospitality, having worked in many exclusive hotels and resorts. We used to have a gourmet shop in Florence, which we sold to be able to dedicate ourselves to this beautiful project.
