The house is a classical Tuscan farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It is divided into 2 apartments: the one on the ground floor, where we live, and the one on the second floor, which is dedicated to our guests, and can host up to 9 people.
Measuring about 130 m2 (1400 ft2) it counts 3 spacious bedrooms:

• The first one with two single beds that can be put together to create a double bed. From this bedroom you can access a large furnished terrace overlooking the surrounding park and pool.
• The second one with two single beds that can be put together to create a double bed, and a day bed.
• The third one with a queen size bed.

From the first bedroom you access a living room area (which can host 2 additional guests), a kitchen corner and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second and third bedroom have a common landing area from which they can access the second bathroom with walk-in shower.

And lastly there is a fully equipped kitchen with eating table.

Perfect for 3 couples travelling together, big families and groups of more than 5 friends.

Guests will have exclusive use of:

• the entire floor
• the park
• the swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and table with chairs
• the game room with ping pong table, pool table and foostball
• the patio with gazebo located in front of the house (down the stairs) and the barbecue area
